to improve my health i should laugh more often .to improve my health i should stop extreme exercising and just rest for a couple of days. also eat healthy and not eat things that could harm my body. drink a lot of water. to improve my health i should also get more rest; sleep more for my brain could rest from a tiring day. also to improve my health i should go outdoors and have fun instead of being indoors and just ruining my eyes with television
